At Setup India, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.
Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service and the stage of service delivery:
Registration Services
For company registration, trademark registration, GST registration, and other similar services:
- Before Document Submission: If you cancel before we submit any documents to government authorities, a refund of 70% of the service fee may be provided.
- After Document Submission: Once we have submitted documents to government authorities, no refund will be provided as we have incurred costs and performed the service.
- Government Fee Component: Government fees paid to regulatory authorities are generally non-refundable as these are paid directly to the government.
Advisory Services
For fundraising advisory, financial modeling, pitch deck creation, and other advisory services:
- Before Work Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work, a refund of 80% of the service fee may be provided.
- Work in Progress: If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery of the final deliverable, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
- After Final Delivery: No refund will be provided after the final deliverable has been provided.
Compliance Services
For annual compliance, bookkeeping, and ongoing services:
- Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are only provided for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- One-time Compliance Services: Once work has begun on compliance filings, no refund will be provided as we have allocated resources to your service.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Government fees paid to regulatory authorities
- Services where the deliverable has been provided in full
- Expedited or rush services
- Custom or bespoke services specifically created for your needs
- Services where we have already incurred third-party costs on your behalf
Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service purchase date
- For subscription services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle
- Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframes may not be considered
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to info@setupindia.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
- Include your order number, service details, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please note:
- Refund processing may take 7-14 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution
- For payments made through payment gateways, the refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and your bank
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service:
- Send a cancellation request to info@setupindia.in
- Include your order details and reason for cancellation
- Our team will process your cancellation request and inform you of any applicable refund
For subscription services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Service Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service:
- Notify us within 7 days of service delivery
- Provide specific details about the issues with the service
- We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer:
- Service correction or improvement
- Partial or full refund based on the circumstances
- Credit toward future services
Force Majeure
Setup India is not liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, changes in regulations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to provide the service at a later date or offer an alternative solution.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
